Appointment Instructions
To provide safe uninterrupted care during the current health emergency, Dr. Hertz will conduct telemedicine (video chat) sessions. Do not go to the office.
Five minutes before your appointment, please enter doxy.me/stanleyhertz in your internet browser's address bar and follow the on-screen instructions.
Dr. Hertz will connect with you at your scheduled time.
Usual fees or Medicare co-pays will apply and prompt payment by check or money order will be appreciated.
If you must cancel an appointment, please call 516-484-6366, option 2, as soon as possible to avoid missed appointment or last-minute cancelation charges.
If you are unable to do a video chat, email the patient's full name and phone number (well in advance of the appointment) to appts@stanleyhertzmd.com. Dr. Hertz will call at your scheduled time.
